  COURSE DESCRIPTION - This is a classroom course designed to produce student proficiency in the performance of all duties associated with the single resource dozer boss. Primary considerations are tactical use and safety precautions required to establish and maintain an effective dozer operation.

  COURSE OBJECTIVES - Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Identify and demonstrate the tasks of the dozer boss safely and effectively use dozers to suppress a wildfire.
